Troubled, frustrated is what me and my dearest husband are feeling right now. My husband and I were really looking forward to a relaxing night in, enjoying some good food together. We had planned a cozy evening, ready to unwind with a delicious peri peri chicken and a burger with chips. Sadly, the experience turned out to be a major disappointment.First off, the food arrived far later than we expected?so late, in fact, that we had already fallen asleep by the time it showed up. When we finally woke up to the delivery, we were hoping it would at least be warm and ready to enjoy. To our frustration, both the peri peri chicken and the burger were stone cold. The chips were soggy and lukewarm, completely unappetizing.
What was supposed to be a great night ended up being ruined. Instead of enjoying a tasty meal, we spent the rest of the evening feeling frustrated and disappointed. It was such a letdown, especially when we'd been looking forward to it all day.
This experience has definitely left us reconsidering whether we'll be ordering from here again. The lack of attention to timing and food quality ruined what was meant to be a special night for us. Would not recommend if you're hoping for a satisfying meal delivered in a timely manner.

Please avoid this scum shop! Ordered the food at 2am expect to latest arrive 2:55. After calling restaurant multiple times take away delivery guy arrive at 4:20 with my food COLD and disgusting with missing 2 Coca Cola cans. When ask driver about my drinks he told me that is not his problem. Please, look at the other reviews, I?m not the only one.

If I could give no stars I would me and my partner ordered some food and it never arrived but they took the money im annoyed and just disappointed that a take away would do this I will never order from them again and I will inform people I know not to order as well

Food is atrocious, restaurant entirely incompetent and uncontactable delivering food over an hour late with no apologies, only order from here if you want to be ripped off and disappointed

This was possibly the worst food I?ve ever order let me list down exactly what went on. I ordered 2 milkshakes which I never got they rang me said they ran out or something then I got 3 burnt brownies stuck to the box they were the best thing I got that night. The chicken tastes like it was left out all day same with the kebab (also tasted like a scab) I got some plastic boxed rainbow cake like what ? How does that even happen it was stone cold and wet like someone took it out the fridge. I bought a wrap thats just a mess. Most of the food I bought for 30 quid went in the bin the only thing I ate fully was the burger. So if you order from this place your either 1 of 3 things. You Hate yourself. You like to stare death in the eyes. You pressed on the wrong restaurant accidentally. Either way, on a more serious note I wish I never ordered and got a refund the food is such poor quality I feel scammed.

If I could give 0 I would !! I had ordered food off ubereats they were going close in around 50 minutes time which meant more than enough time to prepare the food or just cancel my order if they couldn?t make it but it never turned up called serval time and no answer!! Avoid at all cost

Doesn't let you call up and order. Tell you to go on just eat. They do not accept cash payments which they should when ordering in the early hours and online risking no turn up. Won't simply take your order over the phone and tell you to pay on card online at 3:30am.

Absolutely pathetic. Order through Uber eats.. after the estimated time for delivery came.. I rang up, they said the driving is leaving now.. (10min drive) he turned up 30mins later and made me walk out the his car to collect! Not even a sorry for it being 60mins late. Food was warm at best, majority of it went in the bin. Awful place. Stay well clear
