“Took a bracelet in which wasn't hallmarked and I was very happy with the price I was given. Polite and very friendly service.
I'm only gutted that I took my other jewellery to Mallards and not here as I now feel like I may have been ripped off by Mallards.
Unfortunately I'm new to using a pawn broker but I wish I had done more research into the different ones around me first.
