I arranged for the parcel to be delivered to the Royal mail sorting office, but it is only open for 2 hours a day so the Parcel Force driver couldn't drop it off there at the first attempt but dropped it off there a day later. If you choose Convenient collect then it's best to arrange collection from a Post Office as they are open longer hours. The tracking app worked very well!

I am just going to stop using Parcelforce, I drop my parcels off at post office and they don't get collected, I have to message Parcelforce on Twitter each time to get them collected.

Useless, worse than EVRI which is saying something. Due 2 packages, EVRI delivered early and to the right address, Parcel Force delivers to the wrong house and has the wrong name as proof of delivery. Obviously my driver did not have the shared brain cell on that day. Don't order from Toolstation if you want your order delivered to the right place, they have to investigate with Parcel Force before sending replacements. If you can't go to an outlet, order from someone else.

Sent a parcel from the post office for express 48 hours, meaning it will ARRIVE within 48 hours. It got picked up from the post office 8 days later, and "lost" it on the way to the depot. That isn't even incompetence, it's just theft. The most expensive thing I had in there was only an argos drying rack

my experience of parcel force is if you want a reliable courier then this is not the place for you , absolutely appalling service, i have stopped using them ,unfortunately i still have to suffer there terrible deliveries

Next to useless, package driver couldn't find the address which is a caravan park, professional delivery service!! Use the card to rearrange difficult if they cant find the address!! Collected the parcel 23miles away. Counter service next to useless a chap had rung the bell I arrived 20 minutes after that 15 minutes later a woman started dealing with us. ( she wondered where the staff were) we both stood there like lemons whilst staff in orange tabbards seemed to be wondering about with very little evidence of urgency. ( someone will be with you at some point) package finally handed over to me with a google map indicating my address, bit late in the day.I had rung previously, manager will ring you back, nothing. Customer help forms 2 sent we will get back to you in 2 days.Customer service non existent.

It is hard to properly describe how awful Parcelforce Nottingham are. Their abysmal service and incompetence is compounded by their drivers' lies. We are a contract customer with a scheduled daily collection but it is a lottery whether they turn up. When chased they make promises a driver is on the way but by them they never are. It is impossible to work with an organisation with such a culture of lying and unaccountability. Avoid

God for bid if you ever have to have a parcel from parcelforce or the notts depo, as it might come, it might not come, it might be a different date then your told, they will not leave a parcel when you request to or it may even end up being drop 3 miles from your delivery address, what a shocking Company they couldn't even run a bath if they try to ?!!!!

Parcelforce customer service is shocking, worse than others. I had a parcel from overseas which required import charges, paid them promptly online but despite saying delivery will be next day there was clearly no attempt to deliver and still waiting over a week later. You cannot contact a human with the automated telephone line so several times around the system had to resort with "Redelivery" option. I'm not holding out any hope it will come soon

Parcel delivered every day at 8.30 of course we were at work so had to collect.No option to say on website just leave at the door.There was just an old car part in the box I didn't care if it was there or not when I got back.Every house on our street has cameras and my neighbour across the street misses nothing

Been waiting 4 days for my delivery! If you gave your driver's a mobile phone they could contact customers to find out where their house is instead of relying on satnav - which isn't always reliable. Fingers crossed my delivery arrives today.

Imagine waiting for an important parcel and tracking still states at depot after a week. The seller was just as frustrated as me.Fortunately I have a really good local post office so I went to speak to them and there was my parcel.It had been dropped off there the day it was supposed to be delivered to me.The note said unable to find address and a card was left! DOH!It was then left for me, at 74, to carry the parcel home. Beggars belief!

Parcelforce are the worst carrier I have ever dealt with, the level of incompetence was astounding. I sent a parcel from Australia to the UK, There was a problem with the address, after multiple phone calls and emails to the customer service department, it was agreed the parcel would be held at depot until the address issue was sorted out. This was completely ignored and the parcel was sent to a completely random address that didn't match either the original address, or the correct address that had been advised by email and on the phone! If you want terrible customer service and can afford to lose your goods, by all means use Parcelforce, it's your loss
