I ordered food from this papa johns, and they had trouble finding the house on the estate, instead of taking my help to verbally direct them and walk to them if they stayed in one place, instead the shop put the phone down on me, refused initially to connect me to the driver to direct them, and when i finally was put through to the driver 15 mins after they originally marked it as delivered, and when i was, and telling him the direction, he then put the phone down. Finally got the pizza, stone cold, after we had to go find the driver by foot and grab them ourselves. Absolutely awful service this time, we don't usually have a problem directing the drivers, but this time the customer service was truly awful.

Best horse i have had in a while!!The owner of KFC sat me down and said I?m going to give you the recipe to how the chickens made. I said back with happy exhilarating grin on my face, ?at least it?s not papa Jonathans recipe? OH BOY WAS I WRONG! THIS PLACE IS THE BEST WITH ITS PIZZA!! The pizza articulacy took out the oven with precision, gently placed on the pizza tray. And then the pizza was bought out and then they threw it. Thats right (Gulp) THEY threw it at the celling and let it drop on my plate and then they moonwalked back into their kitchen on their hands. Best atmosphere and performance i have ever had in my experience as a pizza critique 5 star to you my good o? chum bucket

I only gave it 5 stars (on the food) cause Im a vegan by heart but they game me a meat feast pizza!!! I proceeded to eat the fat, juicy , scrumptious pizza and it made me realise . . . That I LOVE juicy meat ;) in my mouth! so thank you papa Johnathan pizza... you've made me realize I should kill the juicy, cute lambs and eat then instead. . . thank you Papi Johnathan <3

Placed an order and it got cancelled due to quickest route not being open?Ordered pizzas at 8:00pm and order was cancelled at 8:45, the quickest road to us has been closed for 2 weeks and the alternative route is 4 miles further (8mins) and they refused to deliver. Waited 45mins for them to decide this and refund will take several days. The points used haven?t been returned yet either so I?ve lost out on my rewards!Now having to sort alternative food

Ordered a meat pizza, vegetarian pizza and 2 vegetarian sides. Everything appeared fine again first, all the labels were correct.However my wife (vegetarian) bit into the Jalapeno Papa Bites to find out they were actually the chicken ones!Phoned up, didn't get any apology and was told they'd send us new ones that night. Nothing arrived at allWent to make a complaint and all there is online is a form which you fill out and then you just have to wait.Absolutely atrocious behaviour from the staff, when dealing with anything vegetarian they should be double checking, raises concerns of cross contamination

Terrible. As a one of the expensive chains you use for a treat this was shocking. Firstly the tracker was saying it had been delivered but I hadn?t it took another 30 mins. The pizza was cold. The cheese burnt. Minimal toppings and the small amount that was there was burnt. Very chewy dough. Barely any base sauce. Payed extra for cheesy crust which was just grim rock hard cheese. Take your money elsewhere absolute rip off.

Previous experiences were good however..
Order made 21/09/2023
- Took monies,
- delivered to wrong address.
- Order supposedly ?cancelled? with refund due back to me. It was late & had work following morning and could not wait on a replacement order.
Throughout the week contact has made with Bulwell but got nowhere. Communication is poor.
Told me it?s now ?head offices problem?.
Head office confirmed order was not cancelled and now have to raise complaint in order to get monies back.
Tempted to raise this as legal matter, as I feel it?s theft of monies taken but no service provided (fraud).

We ordered "The Greek" and "The Hawaiian". Both absolutely gorgeous pizzas and wonderfully fresh - so fresh it was too hot to eat when we got it home. Loved them, would highly recommend! Good price too, only £8.99 for any large pizza.
