Visited this particular Pandora store on Saturday the 3rd of January 2024 in order to purchase a bracelet and charm for my daughter. Was greeted by a manager who led me to queue to then be approached by a staff member who took me to the station in the centre of the store. The mamger brought out 2 bracelets in plastic packaging and handed them to the employee. The employee seemed quite young and inexperienced. Who then attempted to clean a "tester" bracelet when I asked I hope that's not the bracelet I'll be buying as I'd seen those the manger had supplied she said yes it just needed cleaning. I was dumbfounded she then went in the back to get a charm and must have found her way to Narnia as I stood there waiting for over 7 minutes. I was then approached by another employee who asked if I was being seen to I told her yes, but I didn't know where the young girl had gone she said she'd try to gind her. A few more minutes passed, and the second employee who went to find the first came back. It was at this point that I decided to leave and asked how long online orders took. I ordered the items when I got home that day, and the items came today 3 days later. My advice is only go to the store if you have to see the items IRL. Otherwise, don't waste your time.

Very busy today but i did a online order so just had to pick it up and had my charms in no time, one staff member told me to stand over their when I asked which que I should join as it was the length of the shop another member if staff saw the way I was spoken to and the look on my face, took over and said she would deal with my order herself the first lady came across quite rude no can you wait over there please someone will be with you shortly or can you wait over there that's were we are dealing with online orders today I won't be a minute just go over there with out even looking at me, the lady that dealt with me made up for the other staff members manners is all I can say

I visited store early morning today for a quick exchange of Christmas present, the store assistant ladies are absolutely fantastic and adorable !Thank you for your kind help.Hope mum will like her new rings.?

fab service from Ellie, came in needing advice about bracelet sizing for a gift and she went above and beyond trying to find the perfect bracelet :) really friendly, makes such a difference to have someone genuinely care! thank you will defo be back again

Visited Nottingham just over a week ago now (Saturday 5th August) and the service I got was amazing. Had two lovely people help us out with what to go for (didn't catch the name of them sadly), as we came back for more, and had a great chat with one of them about our hobbies being the gym/bodybuilding, the compliments really did make my day and it really goes a long way with being about to have that friendly vibe with the staff.

I went with my granddaughter to the store today. We were served by a lady called Lavida. This assistant was so helpful and polite to us. Helping us choose birthday presents. Well done Lavida. Thankyou for you help. A lovely lady .

Dreadful customer service. Scruffy shop with ring sample sizes broken or missing. I was told to get in a queue to try a ring as a result and two women were served first. When I pointed this out the girl wandering round the shop said ?I told you to queue over there? and walked off. Hopefully she will learn manners when she ends up having to work in McDonalds when the shop shuts

Fantastic service from Ela yesterday. Very polite, helpful and friendly when buying infinity set. I would definitely return and she is a credit to Pandora and the Nottingham store.

PHILLIPA!!!! She gave me and my other half the most lovely experience. We didn?t feel rushed in or rushed out. We were engraving a charm and she gave us all the time in the world whilst talking to us about her and our interests. (If you read this phillipa, thank you so much! you made us smile!)

The WORST example of customer service I think I have ever received! I am hoping I caught this shop on a a bad day as?.The manager that chose to rearrange jewellery instead of addressing the ever growing line of people wanting to buy or enquire. The 3 women serving at no point acknowledged the people waiting and stood idly by talking to customers that were browsing! I cannot remember the last time I received such poor service. When this was mentioned to the manager, her nonchalant response of ?taking this up with staff? when she was part of the problem was patronising at best. Regional manager should consider additional training in basic customer care!

Went in today found the customer service fab from all staff especially Neuza, she approached me with a smile and asked straight away if I needed help, I got the the jewellery I wanted and I would defo go again.
