I visited the O2 store in Victoria Centre to upgrade my phone, and was served by Zahil. He was excellent throughout the whole process - very polite, knowledgeable, and patient. Even though he?s only in his early 20s, he clearly has a good head on his shoulders and knows his stuff. He guided me through my upgrade to the Samsung Fold 7 and made the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. Really impressed with his professionalism and helpfulness. He's a great asset to the store!

So o2 will simply send a generic reply to any complaint or concerns raised. The previous review is simply ignored and you send a copy and paste reply. How about taking the complaint serious and look into the matter. There is a pattern about the service provided by the store. I was in there today and would NEVER enter the store again.

The store team leader Mohammed simply a rude arrogant person. Spent 10 minutes talking to another colleague about work but wanted us to wait. I simply said your work chats should take place on your time why are customers being told to wait. He has no sense and simply remarked we are not talking about PlayStation and Xbox.
Just shear arrogance and lacks any customer service skills simply lost two contract customers

Loved the experience! The team was helpful in setting my broadband with virgin media and helping in cancelling the mobile hotspot I took. Really good customer service. Honestly after the terrible experience I had with Three, 02 and virgin media really stood out. I don?t remember the name of the staff who helped me but he was very helpful

I recently visited this O2 outlet to sort out my Pay As You Go SIM, and I must say, Mr. Michael provided exceptional service. He was not only professional but also incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Employees like him are truly an asset to any business. Thank you, Michael, for making the experience so smooth and easy! Highly recommend this store.

Came into store today as after upgrading to the s25 ultra, the handset was unable to read my sim. The agent that helped me offered great service in trying to diagnose the issue, much more than the assistance I have had from the online customer services. Tried my sim in his phone to ensure it was a sim issue and then allowed me to use the store landline to order a replacement handset as they were unable to offer due to not upgrading in store originally.
Perhaps o2 in general should look at adding some other acceptable forms of ID for people in store, however as I do not have a driving licence or passport but I do have a disabled bus pass that has my photo and is enough to identify myself when voting in local and general elections but this is more an o2 issue than anything in store today

Fantastic service from Warda. It?s always so wholesome when communication feels genuine and relaxed. I felt very comfortable speaking with her and truly felt she had my best interests at heart when offering her expert advice.

Worse service ever. They are like robots. My 82 year father cut of for over 4 days straight no service. They no sympathy what so ever. Customer relations over the phone is impossible They find it difficult to communicate as they are not UK based.
If you thinking of moving to O2 think it over first.
All they do is sell there products and can't provide an easy sim change.
Take nearly 30mins to be seen . Overall terrible service.
