We have ALWAYS booked our flights with Nottingham travel. They charge reasonable prices and take care of everything for you. As you know flights are currently very expensive over a thousand pounds but Nottingham travel have given us a very cheap and affordable price. Special thanks to brothers atif, mohsin and junaid who have gone above and beyond for us with arranging tickets. We?ve beeen going through Nottingham travel for many years and never been let down. One of the staff cancelled the ticket and and didn?t notify the customer, Luckily had the airliners app to check if the ticket and flight was on time. Another family had a problem where a child?s ticket was issued incorrectly there was no ticket number allocated. Thanks to the Airport staff who helped them out but did say the agent didn?t issue the ticket correctly.Somebody staff in nottingham travel need to be replaced or retrained as the customers suffer when they arrive at airports. Lastly they all ways require cash and say card machine is not working, the reason behind this is when you pay via debit or credit card you are insured and get your money back quicker then if you pay cash. Never pay cash you will be waiting for then 6 months to claim your money back.

Very incompetent, refuse to refund our tickets, or even be flexible and offer as some compensation considering it was a deposit put down for umrah on someone else?s behalf.Avoid at all cost

Given the announcement made by the UK Government of Pakistan entering the red list, I called Nottingham Travel to arrange a flight back to the UK. As I had travelled for a bereavement, in what was already a distressing time, these guys made my journey back a simple stress free experience. Unlike many other travel agents, a fair travel price was quoted and tickets were arranged swiftly. They did a great job in keeping me posted with regards to the flight times, changes etc. These guys really did work around the clock to do their best to repatriate many others like myself back to the UK. All over service is efficient and manager who is looking after really takes care.Just because of this, I am ignoring a blunder done by the person working there or by some one from laboratory by entering wrong date of birth in pcr test. I managed to rectify it by directly calling to laboratory as it was sunday and my flight was early monday morning and there was no response from call centre .Be wary to double check and dont let some ones incompetency to make you suffer.

Fraudulent people, unprofessional employees, third countries call centres and now the employees doing online fraud you give your bank card details for tickets payment. Avoid and never recommended. Now also reported in UK actionfraud and police. Anyone who has faced the same situation please take legal action against this agency . Thank you
