I?m very unhappy with this company. We bought a summer house and a shed , the roof on the shed is leaking in lots of places , I paid another £120 to have a new roof , and it?s still leaking I?ve sent videos of all the damage twice , everything in my shed is ruined , I?ve sent numerous WhatsApps to the boss , he had seen them but is ignoring my messages. I?m not being rude I?d just like the problem addressed , I?m sorry I can?t recommend this company because the aftercare / correspondence is terrible , it?s like having a one sided conversation

I ordered 3 very robust bespoke timber structures on behalf of a local sports club; small shelters for players and spectators to watch play. This was at a time when timber prices were sky rocketing, so we had one or two false starts getting prices and specs and then pausing for our committee to consider. NSTB were very patient with our deliberations, and were able to honour a quote for longer than they had originally agreed. The buildings had to fit rather precisely on to our layer of blockwork on a concrete foundation. Eventually we put in an order and NSTB constructed, delivered and installed the shelters, to a high standard and in line with our deadlines. They fitted perfectly, look superb and appear to exceed our expectation. Thank you Chris and all the team.

I've recently had a large shed/workshop made and installed with the longest drawn out shocking service ever.I paid my deposit in January and it was only just finished on the 5th of may.Im a keen review reader and totally aware some people just like to moan or are too picky. In definitely not one of them. Stay clear of this firm.Even if I paid a quarter of what I did for the shed I'd still be unhappy. The list is endless of their faults but here is a few I can remember.miscommunication- as in not ever answering the phone and never giving a clear answer and also promising a date then not showing of several occasions. And as I write this I'm still waiting on them to return.The design was poor they put a huge over hang on for no reason and didn't install one over the doorway.extremely bad workmanship- they actually left the job with a door installed that the installers even said was poor.When I complained about the door they replaced it with a better one but still not great it sits wonky and their fix was a naff little latch.Nails sticking out insideJoists cut short so sit wonky and not screwed tight.Fascia bodged even after asked to alter.Cover strips missing and others cut short, then replaced with unpainted strips and left for me to do even though I paid for painting.Huge scratch on the window and it was installed with silicone only.Screws left all over the garden when I have a little kid.I could go on...Please don't use this company I have no idea how they keep going. Chris the front man communicates worse than my toddler. Either do a job properly or quit! stop robbing people for their money! These are not cheap sheds! I don't mind paying abit more for a good service but it IS A JOKE!

I have had a garden office built by this company. I was told my cabin would be built in a day but it actually took a week. The first day was bad weather which was fair enough but I kept being told that it would be finished the next day and it wasn't. This went on for days, using up my holiday that I had booked off work to get it ready to work in.The office is fully insulated and double glazed but in hindsight I would have saved money and done the insulation and internal boarding myself in the week it took them. There is no option to pay a deposit before completion.There were a few remaining issues that continued over the Christmas period that were eventually sorted out.

Bought a beautiful Wendy House for my 3 year old daughter. The team built it very quickly and provided great after support when I needed to move. The team provided assistance when I needed to take down the Wendy house and then rebuild it. Yes would buy from these guys again?

I had a summer house built and extensive decking work done the work was absolutely fabulous they were extremely professional i am very pleased ive recommended my family and friends who have had work done as well , all are very pleased .

Very badly built shed! Not long after the shed was built it rained and the roof leaked like a sieve. I rang up they actually told us they used pourous roofing felt which I could not believe and on top of that they never applied roofing adhesive which I thought was common practice. Luckily I had not put any expensive electrical tools in such as a lawnmower or a trimmer. Photo submitted for reference.
