They need to stop blocking the pavement with the vast amount of boxes and rubbish they leave outside.
I will be reporting them to Nottingham City Council, Who hopefully will take some action against them.

Crap layout, no omni channel experience. Limited range and selection, rubbish shoes, barely bc any accessories, no friendly staff. Feels dead and empty from inside and out.

Went to the store 12th December - staff point blank refused to give me a paper receipt when I didn't want to leave my email address, then rudely laughed in my face when I questioned it. Staff need retraining - especially in store policies and customer service. Won't go there again.
