Went to the store 12th December - staff point blank refused to give me a paper receipt when I didn't want to leave my email address, then rudely laughed in my face when I questioned it. Staff need retraining - especially in store policies and customer service. Won't go there again.

Do not buy sale items. Bought shoes for my partner which didn?t fit and was told I can?t have a refund or even take a gift card as the same value!! Where else do they think my partner will spend a new look gift card? Horrendous!!!!!
