Nice shop, girlfriend bought a couple of tops. Lots of changing rooms of good size. Only negative comment was the lights above the changing rooms were covered in dust and needed a good clean.

Really disappointing store, looks big ans you imagine lots of products/options. But no, everything is spread out so much empty space. Went looking to buy my 10 year old a dress. They had 2 options! Waste of time, more products online and seems thats the way they pushing customers, but size guides are useless. So i prefer to buy in store where my daughter can try the items on first. But ended up going elsewhere to get a dress.

Served by Charlotte, basic manners wouldn't go a miss. What's the use of stock checker on the website when you won't go check in the back for the size, you say you sold 5 items of the same size in one day (find that hard to believe, it wasn't even on sale ?) Then I go to order one to collect in store and you just spun the screen round to me with no instructions!! No, thank you, or nothing or when my order would be expected just talks over my head to call the next customer...rude, never had a issue with any other staff member.

Please do not work for this company. The Nottingham store located on Listergate especially. The managers bully and harrass staff and think they can get away with doing what they like. When you shop here, you?re contributing to the store remaining open so that manipulation techniques such as gaslighting, bullying, gossiping and abnormal/immoral behaviour can take place on employees which gets shrugged under the rug and not address appropriately.

I had a very upsetting experience at this store in Nottingham on May 13, 2025, Afternoon. Your staff member said he was ?suspecting? me of stealing while I was just shopping. I was shocked and felt disrespected for no reason. However, I want to forward my gratitude to the girls who worked with him, as they treated me with kindness and respect. This Man kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I hope the management takes action to train staff better. I won?t be returning and can?t recommend this store.

The staff at this branch are lovely, especially those on the tills! I had a very confusing swap/return situation so I thought it best to go at opening this morning. The girl who served me was lovely and knew what she was doing! Brilliant customer service, I wish I got her name!
