I walked in feeling quite anxious about my case. I thought it wasn?t going to get solved but as soon as NATHAN served me, he straight up knew how to sort my problem out. Now my landlords aren?t charging me for rent I don?t owe and I am in the all clear. He is amazing and I don?t think anyone else would?ve been able to do what he did!

I have just been to beeston nationwide to switch my current account over to them.

Went in needing help with my accounts and Ethan was so patient and informative. I was there for a good hour or so, but he didn't rush me away and continued to give me support and guidance. Couldn't have been better at providing good customer service, thank you so much!

I had experiences with long Eaton, Beeston and Worcester nationwide all of which said they couldn?t help me even though the document I needed was supposed to be ready by that point. Liam was amazing and sorted it out with no problems, he also sorted out another problem afterwards and from now on this is the first branch I will go to. Liam is a legend.

I needed to deposit a load of loose change I'd been collecting over several months. This wasn't something I'd done before so wasn't sure how to do it. Liam was so helpful and friendly and told me what I'd need to do beforehand next time to make the process easier and quicker. As a young person, I do most of my banking on the Nationwide app but I enjoyed my visit to the branch and felt I was looked after by all staff.

I needed to make an international payment for a holiday deposit and wasn't very confident about doing it online myself. Visited the Nottingham branch today and was dealt with promptly and very professionally by staff there. Abena spent a considerable amount of time helping me to make the payment and was very personable and friendly throughout the whole process. Great service, many thanks.

A Nationwide customer for decades and they are great. The Nottingham branch experience would totally benefit from a facelift. I recently visited the Norwich branch and it was like night and day. Making a place really pleasant to be in also makes any waiting time pleasant. Norwich is like being in a living room. Nottingham is a bit like a tired 1980s govt. office. It's not clear to me why there is such a big difference.

Had to go in to change some details on my account and was helped by Liam, he was super lovely and friendly and efficient, answered all questions I had very clearly. You don?t get service like that often, whatever you guys are paying him isn?t enough!

horrible, too secure. forget your pin? sos mate no money for you. ridiculous, go to another banking website where they help you secure your account and they will make sure your money is safe.

It's nice to have a bank that cares enough about it's customers to actually keep some branches open - even being tech savvy there are still things I can't do online.Impressive too as they're always so polite and helpful in here. Today they bent over backwards to give me some proof documents I needed.
