A Nationwide customer for decades and they are great. The Nottingham branch experience would totally benefit from a facelift. I recently visited the Norwich branch and it was like night and day. Making a place really pleasant to be in also makes any waiting time pleasant. Norwich is like being in a living room. Nottingham is a bit like a tired 1980s govt. office. It's not clear to me why there is such a big difference.

Had to go in to change some details on my account and was helped by Liam, he was super lovely and friendly and efficient, answered all questions I had very clearly. You don?t get service like that often, whatever you guys are paying him isn?t enough!

horrible, too secure. forget your pin? sos mate no money for you. ridiculous, go to another banking website where they help you secure your account and they will make sure your money is safe.

It's nice to have a bank that cares enough about it's customers to actually keep some branches open - even being tech savvy there are still things I can't do online.Impressive too as they're always so polite and helpful in here. Today they bent over backwards to give me some proof documents I needed.

As this branch serves a large catchment area it is always busy, but the staff are helpful and friendly. If you need to see a member of staff privately you can wait up to 30 minutes but will be advised if this is going to happen. When my mum died in January this year, I was seen by Dawn who was very sympathetic and helpful, talked me through the process and when I needed to return forms I saw her again.

Terrible staff....the waiting time is appalling...their are staff just hanging around and chatting to each other while the queue builds up...very slow service....I am seeing other people's same reviews about the waiting time "4 years ago" yet nothing has been done about it....just shows what this bank is all about....join Lloyds....they are a million times better.
