I visited Moss Bros on 01/03/24 at 11:40:54 and received assistance from Christopher, although I must say all the staff that day were exceptionally helpful and kind. Initially, I went in for a click and collect, but ended up needing additional shirts and also had to return a pair of trousers. Christopher was incredibly professional and knowledgeable throughout the process. He provided me with invaluable advice on shirt fits that would suit me best. Christopher even took the time to measure me for the correct shirt size and helped me select a few to try on. He kindly unpackaged all the items, making it hassle-free for me to try them on. When I needed his opinion on sleeve length, he was more than happy to assist, all while maintaining a patient demeanor even as the store started to get busier. It was a highly pleasant experience, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Moss Bros for both the quality of their products and their outstanding customer service.

Wasn't impressed at all. Interested in a couple of suits but had to wait far too long for assistance. So shopped elsewhere.Maybe employ more staff ?

The 1st shop assistant was very helpful with finding wedding suit.But do not trust the the shop floor workers to take your measurements!We visited on a Sunday, the 2nd shop assistant took measurements for the in-house Taylor to shorten sleeves and trousers as the Taylor doesn't work on Sunday. The measurements were really off. We came a week later to collect suit and the Taylor had to retake measurements again and do the resizing and we had pay again for this. Ended up costing the price of suit. This is not the Taylor fault but the shop floor assistant, they should have left the job to the professional and tell us to come for taking measurements on a working day. The Taylor i give 5 star as he did a great job with the suit.

Pretty useless shop with little no in-house stock unless you're a bog standard 32R.Slimmer than average? Forget itMore muscle than average? Forget itThe saving grace was Tom who was so attentive and really quick to measure up and try and get me sorted.

When hiring a suit from Moss Bros Nottingham, the staff were extremely unhelpful, they didn't seem to know what to do and they were quite rude when mistakes were made, even walking away when I asked for an apology for their rudeness.Whilst there I also saw lots of mistakes made with orders and requests with other customers.The suits seem to be good quality though.

My son had prom with 5 day to go, and needed a suit to hire moss bros measured and fitted him with a suit, this was delivered to store in 3 days. Lovely friendly staff very helpful. Highly recommend to buy or hire a suit from them.

Great assortment of suits for all occasions and really helpful shop assistants. Took the time to show me how to know if a suit fit properly. Couldn?t decided which to buy so bought two!Also used the tailor downstairs to ensure it was the perfect fit.

Suit was good but avoid Michael the tailor, comes in when he wants, doesn't deliver on time and tries to blag it whilst charging full price. Waste.

Went for my siater wedding a shambles of a service. Was seen by a lass who had only worked there for two days. The suits came the wrong sizes I had to wear a belt. My nephew had to were skin tight trousers. There was no point in a suit fitting as that sent wrong sizes mixed my leg and waist measurements up. Absolute shambles
