Unfortunately, my experience with Morison as a delivery driver was very disappointing. The delivery was late without any communication or updates. When the order finally arrived, some items were missing and the packaging was damaged. I also found the interaction to be rushed and unprofessional. I understand delays can happen, but the lack of care and poor service made this a frustrating experience. I hope improvements are made in the future.

Had a brilliant experience in this store with exceptional customer service from Adam. I asked a colleague of his for a product and they weren?t sure where it was but Adam overheard and offered assistance. Initially he failed to find the exact thing I was after. I carried on with the rest of my shop and as I was about to leave and he came running after me with what I was after initially. He was keen to assist and went out of his way to do so. That?s hard to come by nowadays.

The delivery driver handed me a bag full of groceries I didn't order meaning all items I purchased were missing. This is 100% the fault of Morrisons in store grocery pickers, my new years eve was ruined due to Morrisons incompetency. I'm left void of the money I paid and my grocery. Please do better in the future there's no way this should have happened.
