Was good a couple of months ago but now very poor.
Entered at 9 pm and no staffed check outs open. Soulless experience as you have to do all the work yourself and I had a trolley full of goods.
Everything seemed quite expensive.
Just to make sure I won?t be shopping here again said goodnight to security guard who completely blanked me.
Off to Tesco?s in future!

How long are you going to leave the free from freezer broken and empty, it?s been months now! The free from section is limited enough without taking a quarter of it away. If you can?t fix it free up another freezer in the normal section to cater for people who need free from food! To top it off it?s not the only local Morrisons with the same problem! It?s time to sort it out!

These guys clearly don?t want to do their job and don?t care to get money for the business because the amount of times I?ve ordered and it always takes ages for them to pack the order. Every time I get customer services to ring they lie and say there further along the process than they actually are. It?s infuriating. Get yourself together. My orders at my job are done within 5 minutes, it?s not hard. We order for inconvenience. At this rate I may as well get down to my local shop myself and grab them

I made my first ever Christmas online order to collect 23rd Dec between 12-12.30 WHAT A FIASCO! NEVER AGAIN!! After 2 more visits back to Morrison?s we finally got our order at 5pm only to find half my order was missing and some of the items I never even ordered. BACK to Morrisons I went with my order list and items I never asked for, customer service called for a click/collect assistant the young ladies name was (Saffron, Saff on her name badge) this young lady went out of her way to put things right without hesitation not only did she refund my money for the things I never ordered she went and got me everything CORRECT from my original order, packed and carried the items to my car for me. This young lady is an asset to Morrisons in Kirkby, I just hope the management give her the credit she deserves. Thank you Saff your an Angel the five stars are for you x
