Obviously shortage of staff!! Cafe electronic till broken so only way to order was via one touchscreen. This did not accept "More card" when asked to scan, poor, confusing screen choices. Large queue formed due to non-tech age customer and no staff to offer assistance. Eventually walked out, as did others, so more lost business to Morrisons. Begs the... read full comment
