Appalling, I was a regular at Mona?s beauty bar prior to this incident that resulted in my skin coming off underneath my eyebrow. The process was usually fine but this time it was a lot more painful as the therapist was very rough and the wax was clearly too hot to result in this type of injury. When I questioned the therapist about it she stated she didn?t notice. After waxing I had threading done which I believe made the condition worse. Not to mention the pain I was in now knowing why as I couldn?t see my brows. The therapist stated that this would resolve in a few hours but I have woken up with the pictures I have taken today. The lack of care for their customers is ridiculously. I was told still to pay despite her seeing the pain and redness of my eyebrows which she had caused. I will be finding a different salon asap that takes pride in its customers welfare and is more vigilant on the task at hand. I wish I never attended Mona?s beauty bar as I have sore ripped skin for a very important event and paid for an awful service. When I raised this with the manager she couldn?t take responsibility and apologise for her mistake. She put the r blame on my skin. Absolutely ridiculous avoid at all costs.

I had a pedicure and Manicure at Mona?s Beauty today. It was very relaxing and soothing. Staff were very understanding and helpful as it was my first visit and I really enjoyed it. Prices are quite reasonable. I will be definitely come back. I strongly recommend you this place.

I have been coming to Mona?s for threading for last 3 yrs. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I love coming here. Salon is very nice and clean. Best salon in Nottingham. Highly recommend.

I stepped mona?s bar to do full face waxing yesterday. While looking at the price list i could see that full face without neck and with neck has a difference of £1 only. So i choose to go with full face with neck which is £22. But they charged me £24 saying in there system it has £24. In the picture below you can clearly see that price £22. I called at the store today to let them know that there was a mistake and they charged me extra £2, but the manager was so rude and denied to refund me £2. It is scam guys, never visit this place, it says something else in the price list and they charge you extra price. Also you can see how they have scribbled on the price list and changed the price. I don?t recommend this place at all. BIG SCAM!!!
