Our Plumber recommended we purchase our bathroom refit through Michael Pavis. He advised us to ask for Sue. From our initial meeting with Sue in the Michael Pavis showroom, her customer service, knowledge of the industry and attention to detail has been faultless. Not only that, she has a great sense of humour and she is very approachable and personable. She spent over 3 hours with us for our initial meeting where she produced detailed plans for the redesign of two bathrooms in our new home. Sue gave lots of invaluable advice when choosing products She is extremely patient and understanding and has worked tirelessly to ensure the quotations could meet our budget. We had a second meeting to review and confirm the plans, and even with last minute changes, Sue has always exceeded our expectations with her customer service. Nothing was too much trouble, and we never felt pressured into a purchase. If you are looking for someone to plan the bathroom of your dreams, we would not hesitate to recommend Sue at Michael Pavis. There is an excellent range in the showroom to suit any budget. Thank you ?

Certainly best equipped showrooms we've seen with stock to cover all needs. Helpful but not pushy staff. Would recommend a visit to see the range they carry as opposed to catalogue buying.
