So many times we have ask for a plain cheese burger happy meal and it comes with all the sauce and gherkin. You might say well just take it off but with a child with diagnosed autism that isn't possible. It isn't a difficult order but the Chilwell branch either doesn't listen or doesn't care. The box had a plain on the sticker so maybe they can't read.

Ordered a delivery through McDonald's app. Wrong food sent, McDonald's didn't care, had to contact uber, which you can't do via the app.

One of the best McDonald's stores around the country. Food is almost always fresh - I've never had any issues with the quality of the food. Service is great - management does an excellent job, and staff are hard working.

Ordered food at 12:40. It?s now 1:40 and they keep pushing the delivery time back without giving me the option to cancel my order. It?s now saying delivery will be 2:40. 2 hours is ridiculous.

Every time I visit this place I encounter an issue. This time I ordered via the app and collected at the drive thru. I was asked to wait before I could provide my code. In that time the other drive channel managed to serve 3 customers before I was spoken to for my code. Then at point of collection I was asked to park in one of the bays until my food was brought out to me. I noticed the other cars in front of me had to do the same. Why? Surely the food should be ready to be collected to go!
Whereas if I use the Long Eaton branch I never have such issues

Was asked to park up for simple things like hot chocolate, they were doing that to any car coming through drive through. If you can't cope then close drive thru down, defeats the object of a drivethru. Place is a shambles

Their drinks are always under standard volume and dishonest. The large cafe only has a half cup, classic coke becomes zero. Potato clips ordered a large one, is the same as a medium. Very disappointed. A 24 hour service place, but lots of products sold out in the early evening.
