"I recently visited a McDonald's branch at , and it was a disappointing experience. When you place your order, they don?t even ask if you want to eat in or take away. The food I received was very cold, and the service was incredibly poor. The restaurant itself is always dirty. I wouldn't recommend anyone go there."

Rubbish ordered through just eat when arrived nearly everything we ordered was missing. Ran out to the delivery driver which was no help. Drove there to be told they cannot help need to ask for refund through just eat. So ended up with hardly nothing we ordered and now having to wait for a refund....

Terrible Service and Inaccurate Orders
I had a terrible experience at this McDonald?s in Netherfield. I ordered two meals, including nuggets, but they failed to deliver them. The food quality is below standard, and they consistently mess up orders. To make matters worse, they don't offer refunds for their mistakes. I wouldn?t recommend this location to anyone?completely disappointing.

Can the service get worse than last time?
The answer is yes, I went begrudgingly with the other half staff and the staff were rude always the same lady who thrusts the drinks at you yelling "Here!" Got asked to wait in a bay waited 20min to be told the the vat wasn't working and we would need to wait for the machine to be reset we asked for a refund 10 minutes later as we waited in the bay we were given a refund on the sticks we asked for the rest of the food and was cut off mid sentence with "yeah yeah yeah" and had to walk in to find out if we were getting it not and received cold food :(

Very polite lady took my order and although I had to wait a few mins in the order bay ( Usually the case as it's not a common order) the same polite young lady brought my food. Really refreshing to see such good manners.

Waited an age. Friends meal was just left under the heat lamp for 15 mins.
McRib was just the patty, a couple of onions and a splodge of sauce at one end. No sauces in the dispensers and sullen staff.

Its my regular LATTE / FLAT WHITE LOCATION , DOWN AT NEVO IN DARK COLD NOTTS AND THE STAFF ARE 100% ON TOP OF THEIR GAME AND CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. THATS MORE THAN I CAN SAY FOR

Short orders. They always seem to miss something from your order. In my recent visits, they have left out muffins and apple pies and forgotten to put onions and pickle in the burgers, which made them taste plain and bland. On last visit, we arrived home to discover we had no fries at all and were also short of an apple pie. You need to check every order before leaving!

Absolutely shocking. Every time order food the order is wrong or missing several items. Never a straw or sauces. Would not recommend using delivery service at all.
