Always missing 1 item on my delivery orders. Not just one time but it happen many times. This branch should be fully investigated about this kind of failure or scheme, why always one item from your order is missing.

Went this tea time they were more interested in getting the delivery drivers away supposedly fast food took 20 minutes to come chips barely cooked and chicken burger and hamburger were cold and disgusting will never go again

Drive through, had to wait ten minutes which was no problem but arrived at home to find food missing off the order. Too late to go back

Oder 464525956 £16:19 the food was really bad the chip were fore again the came cold they went in the bin and the chicken wrap really cold and in bad taste I can?t keep paying for ma Donald when the stand of food not great when it?s delivered I?m disabled so I?m not able to return it back

McDonald's is McDonald's! The foods alright but never great, but it seems more expensive than I remember. If you want better but more expensive food then go Popeyes, if you want a inexpensive but alright meal, McDonald's got you covered...and bring back cinnamon doughnuts, I used to love them as a kid

came in to get our food as whenever we order it is cold with things missing. we thought this would be more reliable but after spending £40 on food we received only half of it and it was still cold. we tried to call mcdonald?s after and they continuously declined our calls. so now we have lost our money and have 3 hungry children as well.

Always a fairly pleasant experience at this McDonalds. It does take a bit longer than expected during peak times due to its location on the ring road but the upside of this is that the food is almost always piping hot and fresh off the grill.
If you have the time to sit in here then I recommend that you do, there is a lady that works here (I don't have her name) who always goes around to make sure that customers are alright and happy with their meals. She also makes young guests feel welcome, giving out colouring in, balloons etc. She really is a credit to what good customer service is.
