It is not the quickest of stores, but the staff are pleasant. The Cleaner is a real character, super nice and down to earth sort, which is hard to find in 2024.
They had heating issues the day I went was freezing cold inside.
Parking: There's not much room for a large van.
Wheelchair accessibility: 2 spaces in the carpark

Parking: You only get an hour's stay.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is on the ground level with two doors that may be difficult for a wheelchair when busy.

It's McD's, not much can go wrong. Courteous staff in the drive through, fast service, hot food. All order was correct too which is a bonus for our friend who likes a naked burger.

Best Mcdonalds to date. I waited till 3am to order because they shut down for 2 hours to clean the fryers and mate.... Let me tell you. That food was hot and declious. Nothing worse than going to a Maccies that give you cold food. I'm not getting cold food here. Service is okay. There's this gay guy whos on the tills and he's great. Everyone else needs to stop being so monotone. Smile for us.

No fries were delivered with order. 2 large, 2 medium and a small fries.
Called store and they told me to use chatbot on app.
Chatbot told me to contact store.
Store told me to contact head office.
Head office told me to contact uber eats.
20 minutes on hold with uber eats and no answer.
Extremely poor experience with nobody taking responsibility and no fries 35 minutes later with no resolution in sight.

Awfully rude manager, man with black hair and glasses (younger one not the older one). Ordered a drink which I was slightly late to go up to the counter for, another team member stated to said manager I was on my way and he replied that I had ?better hurry up then?.
Then shouted at a group of teenagers who seemingly did nothing wrong, apparently one was vaping - I did not witness this, however working in hospitality there is a way to speak to people and how he conducted himself was not that. He was arrogant and rude from the beginning demanding all of them leave and clean up their table whilst doing so. One of them asked him to repeat in which he asked if he couldn?t hear and told him he had attitude.
This is no way to speak to customers and after being rude to myself and the teenagers I think it is unacceptable. Clearly hates his job, people and lacks basic manners and speech towards people.
Never felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable by one person.
Seriously discussing.
Sort your staff out.

Quick service and clean restaurant
