Sick of getting the wrong food from here .
Try to sort through the app as was takeout. 3 days laters still waiting for a response sent receipt. What's going on I don't understand how you can keep sending wrong food out !!!!

Just been and picked up two quarter pounder with cheese meals got home and only gave me one quarter pounder absolutely shocking how can you not put two meals in a bag it?s not hard and had to wait ages too

18 minutes to order 2 items - i counted at least 9 staff behind the counter and kitchen - then turns out my food was just warm - seems unless that the asian small area manager guy is around the staff dont care and just toss it off - no apology either - 2nd time in a week - also does anyone at headoffice read the reviews as no replies i see -

Saw the shift manager (Megan) be absolutely rude to one of the Uber drivers. The way she was talking to him was just straight up disrespectful and before anyone says the driver must have done something, I was there before the driver came and I left after he did and bless that guy he had not said a word other than just asking if his delivery order was ready. Megan almost shouts back to him ?OBVIOUSLY NOT? and then when the poor guy was just standing waiting in the DESIGNATED waiting area, she rudely tells him to move out of the way. Also she was clearly being racist as I saw her conversing with other NON-ASIAN people and none of that rudeness was there! I hope McDonald?s does something about this RACIST manager!

I was at McDonald's yesterday and was appalled
at the managers attitude towards one of the uber drivers. Bless him the man was just querying his order and I think her name was Meghan (Manager) was extremely rude to him. The mans just trying to do his job, we complain to drivers for being late but don't realise that they are just as eager to make sure they get the food to us on time so we don't complain and I was heartbroken at how he was treated. The was just plain out rude of Meghan to behave like that and doesn't really set a standard of service regardless of the job.

I've been numerous times to this McDonald's and can honestly say haven't been satisfied once with my order.
Always something missing and often the food is stone cold.
Shouldn't it be served above a certain temperature for health and safety reasons? ?
I'd take it back but I've waited 20 mins already and don't have time on this occasion.

Absolute rubbish ordered 2 happy meals at the drive through chips weren?t cooked properly thrown in the box! Staff at both windows had no manners at all just basically grunted! What a disgrace McDonalds very poor service & food I?ll not be back
