So when we ordered no problems, then they handed me the order with part of another milkshake in my milkshake, due to allergies, they re did my milkshake. Sat down to eat I ordered the McCrispy BBQ.... they got it all right apart from, they put a BEEF burger on... hmmm, think the staff need retraining... avoid if you want a decent meal that you ordered, not what they want you to have....

Order wasn't picked up by anyone so had to make a stink to get it sorted. It was quite busy with winter wonderland on but unacceptablely long wait just for drinks and a mcflurry.

went in with my friend after a bit of a rough night out..... sophie was absolutely amazing, made sure my friend was okay repeatedly and cleaned up after her. i cannot praise them enough for treating us with grace and respect. ??
