Almost every corner there's a Maccy Ds, and they all get something wrong with the order. This one however will fix any order errors without any problem and are fairly polite when dealing with customers.

Awful. It's a lovely new restaurant with a huge upstairs area. The upstairs is never open and you are all squeezed together downstairs or outside. They also remove the numbers from the self serve kiosks so you can't have it delivered to your table. They've done everything possible to make you as unwelcome as possible.
To top it off, the food is often incorrect and milkshakes and ice creams are usually unavailable. Try elsewhere if you can.

Sat waiting for ages at the tannoy, eventually someone answered, went to pay and no staff available, then we moved ahead and was told we'd have to go back around...no thanks

Slow to prepare food even when quiet. Just stay at home and cook, takes the same amount of time and is cheaper.

I was there having late lunch yesterday and I was looking for the squishmallow toys for my kid. The gentleman at the till was very friendly and helpful, he went to the storeroom to see if I need more as well. I should have asked his name.... but he is amazing and he made my day

This is our most convenient mccays so use a couple of times a month, but lately, it's been a bit of a mess. We get okay food sometimes, but there are issues way too often. The staff are always super nice and fix things, which is cool. But there are just so many problems! I'm not usually one to complain, but we're getting cold food, wrong orders, or the app orders take forever (or all of the above). It's happening way more than it used to. Something's definitely changed because it used to be great. My last visit made me write this, you know, the straw that broke the camels back and all that... The third time in a row I used the app to get food delivered to the car, and I had to go inside after waiting for 15 mins. Each time I went in, they walked around the corner and handed me my order, every time it being not hot (as clearly just been sitting waiting) . They always offer to replace it, which is good. But it's not fast food anymore, By the time it's all sorted, we could've just cooked something ourselves... Sorry, rant over,
