Didn't buy anything on this visit. Didn't have what I wanted or wasn't in the right size so I've had to order online and pay delivery which is annoying. Store is always clean. They were doing some work on the shutters when I attended. Plenty of parking

Visited matalan bulwel today, we purchased clothes and spent over 100 pounds however salewomen on till didnot even bother to ask for a bag which was quite rude and when we asked for bag, she said its behind you, i mean its the basic etiquette to ask for bag even if costs something, their saleswomen would really need to learn some basic etiquette to deal with customers
