I do like this M&S branch. Traditional city centre store on four floors. It's been in this building more or less forever - certainly remember going with my mum in the 70s. Being spread over four floors can make it a bit of a chore getting around but at least it makes exploring the shop more interesting then some bland out of town warehouse (looking at you M&S Fosse Park). Has a good sized cafe area on the first floor and large food hall in the basement. Hope this doesn't end up being another city centre store M&S decides to dump.

I came into the travel money department on Saturday afternoon to get some euros. I and was helped by a very competent and charming member of staff I believe his name was Kristian.
He was polite and professional and dealt with my request very well. I was very satisfied with the service he gave me and I will definitely use the service again.

Went here for a first bra fitting, was quite nervous but treated amazingly by Karoline and felt completely comfortable the whole time and found a bra that fits perfectly

Left a lunchtime browse for something new to wear when I came to my senses and realised that the agitation I'd felt was due to the inane music being forced upon me. Even M&S now seems intent on joining the noise culture. Are people so afraid of their own thoughts? I beg of you...STOP IT!!!

Such poor customer service. I was there at 5.25 pm on Wednesday and the lady was only interested in going home. The lingerie department is not well stocked with sizes and she was useless. In the end she got someone else to take my money as she had to go home!! . Dont people realise that their jobs rely on customers !

Visit store regularly, but never the cafe until Friday, it was disgusting and ended up vomiting like never before. I feel like I should have known better, will never eat from their again not even water Disgusting

Would be great if you were actually open till the actual closing time. Locking your doors with 5-10 mins before the actual closing time is pretty darn cheeky, especially for people just wanting to nip in for one item so not gonna be lingering.

I would like to say thank you to the lady in the lingerie department. Unfortunately I didn't get your name. She was wonderful, helping my sister to find the perfect fitting bra. She was patient and brilliant whilst maintaining a very professional stance. Well done Marks and Spencer, my sister now knows the difference between a minimiser and a balcony bra...once again thank you.
