went to mapperley bed centre Thursday spoke to gerry , pointed me in the right direction regarding buying a mattress, purchased Thursday and delivered Friday, can't get better service than that.

Previously bought before and only place I?d go. Went back to see Gerry who was very patient and incredibly knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and service was faultless from start to finish. I?d recommend to everyone. Bed was delivered earlier than that was quoted (nice surprise) but kept informed through the whole process. Thank you once again Gerry!

Excellent service from the lovely knowledgeable Gerry, who was so patient & relaxed, not pushy like some sales people. Good delivery, though drivers could have a little more friendly skills. Overall 9/10.

Visited here with my husband 4wks ago looking to buy a new bed. They had a good selection on display and we were encouraged to lay down and try for comfortability. The sales man was very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Spent time explaining the different types of mattresses and styles. We ordered the bed of our choice was given a delivery date of 2-3 weeks as the one we wanted was not in stock. It arrive exactly 3 weeks later. The delivery team were great. We would totally recommend mapperley bed centre they also have a shop in Hucknall.

Fabulous service all round! Listens to what you actually need from a bed and sells you just that! Never felt I was be pushed in a certain direction.Great service followed by a very reasonable price and great delivery time too!
