I?ve recently ordered and had delivered a writing bureau from this branch of Betel furniture and I couldn?t be happier with it! I?ve not visited the shop and I?m not likely to, only because I live in Wales, but I placed an online order. The staff were quick to respond to an email I sent with a query before buying the writing bureau and were helpful. The pictures on the website were an accurate representation too.I appreciated that Betel used a smaller business for the delivery, as the writing bureau turned up great and wasn?t at all damaged. The delivery people were nice too.I really like the ethos behind Betel, of restoring old furniture (rather than buying new, much more characterful) and supporting their worthwhile causes. As an online customer I can well recommend Betel to others ?

The products they have here are amazing! We've been meaning to all in for ages and highly delighted we did! We were greated to the delight of 2 massive dining tables, Dutch oak ones! Now I need a table but only 4ft in length, otherwise I would've purchased one of them straight away!A fella greeted us and shown us around, asked what we were looking for, but unfortunately they didn't have anything to suite.It's a charity run place, some items refurbed by themselves and quality shows!Brill place , go have a look!

I love the ethos of this shop supporting people iff the street but unfortunately my first order recently was very damaged in transit I'd highly suggest collecting yourself if possible. Toby was great and sorted the problems with delivery asap though and gave me a minor refund to lay for repairs !

Wonderful, magical collection of antique furniture. Quite the find. We met a very kind man called Sunni, who showed us around was extremely passionate, polite, diligent and professional. Highly recommend.Although you will probably now buy items that we wanted, we have to say, this place is special. Look forward to saving up before our return.
