Alex?s product knowledge was evident and impressive as they helped me pick out skincare products to add to my existing routine, tackling the concerns I presented them with, with ease and confidence. Through this they gained my trust, so I was happy to let them take the lead and advise me.They were responsive to my short attention span as we moved on to exploring fragrances and helped me pick out some new additions to complement my existing preferences. This involved telling Alex some personal stories about memories I associated with one in particular, ?death and decay?. When I asked if I could smell it again, for the first time in almost a decade, this time they handed me the bottle and the card, which I thought was a demonstration of their mindfulness and ability to show empathy.Working in Learning and Development, customer service to me is always best when it feels personal, and this absolutely did. Cannot recommend Alex enough!

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Hamzah today when I went in to buy some shampoo and a mother's day giftEven though it was quite busy today Hamzah had endless patience and time for me when I was asking questions about specific products and had recommendations for other products without ever coming across as pushy or 'salesy'He was so knowledgeable about the products and also just an absolutely lovely person! Chatting to staff in Lush Nottingham always feels like chatting with friends (who happen to smell amazing all the time)I feel blessed that my local Lush is also the most welcoming and lovely Lush I have been inThanks again Hamzah, you completely made my week

I got an orange scented soft bath bomb cube (vibrant pink and orange color) , it's amazing! The incredibly friendly employees explained to me that i should break off a small amount for each use and it has lasted months! I wish there was a location in my city.

We visit the Nottingham Lush Branch regularly to buy products and the bath bomb making workshops.We visited today Saturday 2nd march and had a lovely lady called Ophelia show us some of the products.She showed my kids the turtle and let them play with it,brighside and showed them how to create bubbles and sticky dates sugar scrub.Ophelia was friendly, knowledgeable and shared with us her favourite products.My kids really enjoyed it many thanks

Had an excellent experience in Lush. I had lots of questions but Charlie was a massive help. She took time to answer all of them, showed me all the products I wanted to see and made sure I left with what I needed! 6/5 stars

I have been three times at lush over the 2 months, I have never had a bad experience. Everyone is soo friendly and inviting when you enter the store. It?s nice to see that each of the workers is passionate about their products and caters perfectly to your needs. I fell like I have my own personal shopper to hand.
