Bulwell branch.
Always long queue ,with staff standing around, all the employees seem to go out of there way to try and make you uncomfortable and like it's there money

Went into Bulwell branch this morning with my elderly father. Didn't get the young man's name but he was so helpful & left the branch feeling what a good experience it had been.

I sometimes come here to get cash out. Nice Staff and Welcoming is nice. Staff are Friendly, Helpful, Nice spacious Bank. Not happy about the Lloyd?s Branches closing down but it is what it is unfortunately. Hopefully even if they shut nearly all of them down still keep a few so people can go in as that?s what some people prefer. Overall I am really happy with Lloyd?s bank.
