The staff of Lloyd's bank nottingham at the counter was so rude .. doesn't know how to talk nicely .even we're wrong .. correct us but with a good way .. anyways they need to hire good staff instead of non sense people

It was really a wonderful experience for me as i had been struggling alot before to open my bank acc. But then the staff member MR.JACOB helped me out to open a account as well as he explained me every necessary things regarding the account and bank ?
I am really great full with his excellent banking service moreover with a very kind and polite nature towards every customer who comes to bank ..

Lloyds Bank closed all my accounts, Halifax and also bank of Scotland permanently. This is my ever first bank account and I like the staff here. I am a Loyal customer here. Lloyds Fraud department are a disgrace. Moved all the cash out my accounts and putting it into my HSBC account. Will change Halifax to Natwest. Will never trust Lloyds Bank services again. HSBC treat customers better anyways. All Lloyds staff do is force customers on machines. I got along with all the staff here, the bulwell branch has lovely staff Aswell. Suzy Lloyds bank staff/Worker was very lovely and kind. I am heartbroken by this as it was my ever first bank account. Will never ever open an Account at Lloyds again. Horrible treatment from such a loyal customer.

Incredibly rude and unsympathetic staff, genuinely shocked at the level of incompetence in this place. Lloyds do a great job with their contact centre staff, but jeez their branch staff are AWFUL!

The lady at front for enquiry is not very helpful, I would like to report a fraud but she said We are nothing can do with Revoult???
I never said this , my story is about my Lloyd account and online banking and said to me, if it is online banking nothing can help from branches.
It is a problem to report in branch about some online frauds?
