Recently rang up about arranging a blister pack for my family member and the first person I spoke to didn?t seem to have a clue but I was directed to a lovely lady called Katie who had a lot of knowledge and knew exactly how to help, she went above and beyond to contact the doctors for me and arrange the prescriptions to get the blister packs made up for us. She then gave me a call back just a day later to say they were ready. Excellent service and a job well done!

Exceptional Customer Service at Beechdale Lloyds Pharmacy
I've been a loyal customer of Beechdale Lloyds Pharmacy for five years, and their recent service has been so exceptional that I felt compelled to leave a review.
Frankly, I was surprised by some of the negative reviews online, as they don't reflect my experience at all. Working in a pharmacy can be incredibly demanding. Staff juggle fluctuating customer needs, from simple requests to complex medication consultations. They face constant pressure to ensure medication accuracy, maintain health and safety protocols, and navigate external factors like supply chain issues and GP processes.
Despite these challenges, the Beechdale Lloyds team consistently demonstrates exceptional customer service. They are polite, attentive, and incredibly patient with each customer. A special shout-out to Sid (Sidomie) who goes above and beyond by remembering names ? a remarkable feat considering the thousands of customers they serve monthly. This personalised touch is rare and truly sets them apart. It's important to note that all the staff are fantastic (I need to learn from Sid's name-recall skills!), consistently friendly and helpful, even during peak hours with high customer volume and calls.
Most people choose their pharmacy based on proximity or GP connections. This review isn't an endorsement; it's simply to highlight the discrepancy between the Google rating (which I believe is inaccurate) and the outstanding service the Beechdale Lloyds team provides to our Beechdale/Aspley community. You all deserve immense praise for your continued dedication!

Absolutely dreadful place. Takes them around a week to make up a prescription. You have to phone them to ask if the prescription has been made up yet, they don't message you to let you know. The new owners/staff drift around at their own pace behind the counter and clearly think the customers are a nuisance. Surly and rude. To top it all, they often don't have the meds you have been prescribed. Utter joke of a pharmacy. Avoid if at all possible.

Very long wait and never pick up the phone

It?s a miracle if you get through on the phone to them, but then I?ve been stood in the pharmacy itself and the phones are constantly ringing and no staff picks them up, just stood around eating and talking for ages. If something messes up, they automatically just tell you it?s the doctors fault and to sort it with them. You?re completely ignored upon entering, and the staff are rude and ignorant. Even though it?s their job to help you, you are made to feel like an inconvenience.

Apart from Marie who is THE most helpful I find the staff rude and ignorant. On entering the pharmacy, not even a hello. Customers are ignored for at least 5 mins and the staff make me feel that I am an inconvenience. No customer service skills whatsoever and I use the pharmacy regularly. But I do need to emphasise this review does not apply to Marie as she has helped me considerably in the past
