Im giving 4 stars because i moved into the apartment 3 days ago and there were sone issues with the place i called everyone from the agency but they keep me waiting but then I got into contact with Heather Elder she sorted out everything on the very same day and took care of everything.

Having a good experience with Liberty Gate. Recently, the radiators were replaced with new ones upon maintenance request. Hopefully, things will remain the same until the end.

From the very beginning, the company has performed terribly. My planned date of entry into the apartment, which was negotiated THREE MONTHS in advance, was postponed at the last moment. And when I say the last one, I mean two days before arrival. After that, they didn't tell me the exact date when I could move into the apartment for almost a week. I've been living for a week without even any information at all!!! And, imagine, by postponing the date of my entry without any reason explained to me, this company did not carry out cleaning in advance. The apartment was literally completely dirty. There were cockroaches in my trash can!!!!!!!!! I had to call the agency for two weeks so that they would finally order a cleaning service. It's terrible, disgusting! Agent Heather politely answers the phone, but never keeps promises or does anything. I was not warned that the air conditioner in the apartment, which, in fact, is the only source of heating, works terribly and very poorly. I was not provided with any additional heat source, even when I was literally fighting for the truth after two months (that my air conditioner was not working). The agency never fulfilled my requests the first time, never called the masters right away if something didn't work for me. Once they called the replacement technicians, but they didn'T even WARN ME. Never use the services of this agency, they are disgusting!!!!!

I had the absolute pleasure of being shown around a rental property by Kully Landa/Leaders. Having viewed a lot of properties to both buy and rent over the last 5 months with so many estate agents I can honestly say, Kully was fantastic and stands out a mile! He made me feel at ease as I was by myself, he was friendly, knowledgable and professional. I genuinely wish all estate agents had the same tact, understanding and politeness. Honestly the best experience with a letting agency! In the 3 years I?ve lived in Nottingham and been through several other letting agencies they have been awful, until I came across leaders. CJ walked me through the process exceptionally and always gave me prompt updates daily. He was very transparent with the onboarding process and solved all of the queries I had. If your looking for a property in the Nottingham area, trust me leaders letting agency will not keep you in the dark like other agencies they have gone above and beyond and will ensure you have a smooth transition to your new home!
