Booked an appointment for infills and had a confirmation text day before appointment.Attended appointment, lash tech wasn?t in and I wasn?t notified beforehand to reschedule until I got there and needed infills for an important event. My phone number is on the system and should have been notified . Wasn?t told at first appointment here that I needed to clean my lashes with a lash shampoo cleanser.Luckily I managed to get them done somewhere else last minute as this was the only day available for me before event. Was told I would receive a refundThey should be organised and make sure to let clients know if they need to reschedule even if a different lash tech is contacting another lash techs client they should be organised . Eyelashes cost a lot of money and many people have these done for important events etc. Not the best lashes I have had don?t think I?ll be returning as a friend of mine had a similar situation

I have been going to Lash dolls for about 5/4 months now regularly and I?m always happy with the service, Nidah does my lashes, I?m always pleased with the retention aswell as how they turn out she?s spot on every time. always greeted by one of the ladies with a warm welcome when entering They?re all so professional and aswell As making you feel comfortable. Definitely cannot imagine going back to other places.
