We had a table for 5 booked last Saturday at 3pm in Nottingham. We arrived and got taken to our table. As the configuration of the table was wierd, we asked the waitress if she'd mind taking an extra table away. She flatly just said no, we said oh okay we'll go.. and she said okay bye!!
We were shocked how rude she was and just didn't care!!
So sadly we never got to try the food but the atmosphere was awful..

Rubbish service ,5 drinks in 2 hours for bottomless brunch, rubbish waitress ,didn't feel welcome, service very slow ,other people complaining and leaving ,will not be returning .

Our waiter Ali was fab, very attentive and friendly!
£15 bottomless tapas was great value and food was fab but the pork tacos were a little dry :/

Ordered small nachos and burger and fries and it took 45 minutes to come, nachos came cold. When we were done the waiter was oblivious and left our plates sitting on the table for 30 minutes when we were obviously done and looking the bill. Food was bang average and probably not worth the money. Atmosphere was good but the service was poor and everything took too long.

Long disrespects guests, waitresses stand and don't go to tables for very long.VERY LOUD.

Went on a Saturday night around 6:30, wasn't overly busy. The staff were stretched as there seemed to be nowhere near enough. They took forever to come to the table to take your order. Twice I had to find a server to ask for them to come to the table. Even when I asked for the bill I had to then find another member to ask for it again.
The cocktails were not very good and didn't even have ice..... 90% of the cocktails required ice. The drinks took forever to come out, to the point that we didn't want another, even tap water as it was taking too long.
The food was actually fine.
There was no organisation, the staff seemed to be doing a bit of everything all around the restaurant with no zonal work, just free for all.
We ended up being in there for over 2 hours when we could have been done in 1. It took 45 minutes to get our first drink, which actually came with our starter.
Can't see us returning anytime soon.

Went here for bottomless tapas on Sunday, food tasted amazing however the service was very slow, 90 minutes bottomless tapas only got served 3 times, had such a long wait time between orders.

Booked a table at 5.30pm... food didn't arrive til 6.40pm and we had theatre tickets for 7pm. Didn't seem to have enough staff, the staff that were there didn't seem to know what was going on. The food was great, service terrible.

We walked in 5 minutes ahead of time to see 1 party and 1 couple at a table, so it was fairly quiet. We were sat next to the window which was freezing with no atmosphere and out of the way. It took 20 minutes to have our drinks order taken. Another 20 minutes passed with out our drinks even being poured. We left and explained our reasons for doing so. There was no real apology or attempt to get us to stay. Overall a really really dissatisfied visit and we won?t be returning.

Unfortunately, the worst dining experience I have had. We got the bottomless tapas and didn't receive our small plates for over 45 mins, and then waited a further 30 mins for only our second order. So so busy and the food was tasteless. I would avoid for these promotions.

Went for midweek bottomless tapas and was really disappointed. Was told they were out of mostly chicken items but only after we'd already ordered drinks and the first round so we couldn't leave. The tacos were "soft" on the menu but very stale in reality. Service was slow and it looked as if there was only 2-3 staff in the whole restaurant. Churros were burnt to a crisp and drinks very expensive.
