this pharmacy service is very poor it's not like before. Every time when I'm going for my prescription, I have to wait for 20 to 40 minutes for my prescription, even it's requested a week before.I know most people complaining and I also complain this is not good pharmacy anymore and people are very careless and seem like they're not qualified sorry to say that ? ?

My Surgery sent the prescription on the 17th Oct, after complaining I still hadn't received my delivery, I rang and received most of it this morning1st Nov. They still haven't delivered my insulin! It's a life threatening issue now. I rang again and they can't deliver today, they blamed the driver, when I tried to complain in a polite manner I got shut down by the rude assistant . Looking for elsewhere after tomorrow. Despicable customer service. They will kill someone with there ineptitude.

Potentially harming patients.I ordered a prescription 2 weeks ago which they ordered, said the order had gone through and that I could pick it up the following day. I was on holiday so thought I could relax and not have to worry about getting the medication.I have just been to collect it and it?s not there. They could not get the order. They did not inform me. Their computer system cannot order it now.I could have tried the last 2 weeks to locate other sources of this medication.I am now at risk of running out.To run out is incredibly harmful and could result in incredibly serious consequences.Knights could have let me know but did not, their actions are potentially harmful.

Very disappointed. Went to collect a prescription a week after requesting it from my doctor. Only to find it wasn?t made up and had to wait while they looked for my prescription, print labels and collected it off the shelf then had to wait for it to be checked. Why isn?t this done as soon as they receive it through from the GP. The shelves are half empty and messy and absolutely filthy. All new staff who are rushing around looking stressed. Not impressed.

Since it changed ownership the service is awful, they are rude and orders are littered with errors. I've switched my collection to mistrys I suggest you do the same.

Very disappointed, my daughter took me yesterday to get my meds, very busy although customers was not delt with in a reasonable amount of time. Most of my med had come in, except the important one, my inhaler. Was told it would be available in the afternoon, pharmacist took my number and said they would ring me in the afternoon to say it was in .I never received any call. Have been trying all morning to ring all morning, it?s engaged, I have made 12 calls this morning and they are busy. I tried to ring yesterday but was busy again. However whilst I was there yesterday day the phone did not ring once. I need this particular inhaler, what do I do? Catch a cab and wait again in a queue to be told it?s not in yet.Terrible service

What an absolute shambles a very long wait then told me they didn't have what I wanted. Nobody seems to know what is what.

Went into day for prescription had to wait due to assistance completing a another, which was fine ,but when she came to serve me she look at another lady and ask what was required, Very cold attitude in this chemist

Lovely staff. Pharmacist and her co-worker didn't hesitate to help with my problem (sorry can't remember names). Thank you both very much and I hope I haven't ruined your cardigan.
