Cats are very well looked after, menu has some great options and the whole place is clean and inviting. Only issue is I wish staff would speak with the parents that let their kids run wild, disturbs the cats and other customers

It cost me £20 for 1adult and 2 children entry to the cafe. I thought it was very expensive. Then we had 3 drinks 1 small jacket

Could you mention in your misleading advertising that you have to pay £8 just to enter and that these aren't consumables? I was almost shocked when you charged me, but it was still going to be even more disappointing for my daughter not to enter your cafe, considering that I had driven 120 miles just to get there.

Thought this would be a cute idea and have a lovely time. If I were you I wouldn?t even bother, the service was awful. Wait 30 minutes and still hadn?t had anyone take my order so gave up in the end. Also the staff were just rude.

Quiet place with very lovely well behaved cats

staff & food were nice but way too many young children running riot around the place and scaring the cats?? definitely should have an age limit here as toddlers were climbing furniture to irritate cats with toys and throwing things all over. all of the cats seemed anxious and on high alert the whole time and we couldn?t see a separate part of the cafe for them to take themselves off to when it got too stressful. once the cafe quietened down from the screaming toddlers some of them seemed to chill and warm up to us after being there a while. wouldn?t recommend for the welfare of the kitties !
