Honestly one of the best places to experience the best of retail. The staff are always welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. My husband is obsessed with Khiels so I usually pop in to yrab him his bits and bobs once he's ran out of something. I've slowly started to use them myself and my skin is becoming much healthier! You really do get what you pay for and in this instance, it's a fantastic reward scheme, quality products and exceptional customer service

I have placed an order on 20 dec 2021. The processed it took the money and never shipped my item. I had to ring them 4/5 times to find out what?s going on with my order and every single time I rang they would tell me different story. So I asked for refund as it?s already been too long so they said they processed it and up to this day I haven?t received any refund or anything like that. So I rang them today again and they told me they have never taken the money from my account which clearly they did , and now they sent me the same email saying tht they will process my refund. So up to this day they haven?t resolved my issue. What a service honestly avoid ordering.

I went In to the Nottingham store to buy 1 pot of men?s eye serum, from entering I felt so welcomed, the 2 women who?s names I didn?t catch were fantastic and a credit to kiehls. I genuinely just went in for eye serum but ended up spending nearly £200, not because the girls were pushy but because they were so nice and friendly it made me want to buy more. I walked out the shop with countless freebies and little gifts for each of my family, I know people are saying shop locally but these 2 woman are local who work In this globally known store, and they are so good at their job and genuinely are about your experience in that shop! I never leave reviews but this time I felt compelled too! 100% return customer because of the staff! Customer service goes a long way

I recently visited the Nottingham, st Peters Gate, Kiehl's store with my mum and we were welcomed into it by Hannah and Paige, who were both so friendly. Hannah helped me to find some products, her knowledge of them was excellent and helped me to make an informed choice. Her customer service is exemplary and she is a lovely person to deal with.Thank you Hannah for your kind help to me and my mum! I would recommend anyone looking for advice on skincare or kiehls products to pay a visit to this store. Hannah you made my mums day!

Saff is the best!! I could easily go in there everyday and spend all my money! ? the products are great but the service is better. I bought the vitamin c line reducing serum but my skin didn't like it. I was nervous taking it back (for some unknown reason)... saff not only made the experience not at all awkward? she even gave me a few samples to help calm my skin. best shopping experience ever ?
