Stylist Sianna gave me a warm welcome at once when I stepped into the salon. She is nice, patient, considerate and professional. She was happy to adjust the length of my hair bits by bits until I am satisfied, I had been taken good care by her.

I have tried to email KH Hair Arnold directly with my experience but unfortunately they do not accept external emails so I?m having to post my review on here. Having read a lot of reviews with customers having the same issues.I am writing the review due to my visits on the 12th Feb 2024.I booked an appointment for a cut and blow dry with the director stylist which cost me £60 on the day even after they told me £59 over the phone, it?s a pound it?s fine.I requested the most senior hairdresser as I wanted my hair to be perfect after spending years growing it to the length I wanted.On arrival I showed photos of how I want my cut to suit my length and could not Stress it enough to the hairdresser I want to keep my length which was around waist length and would only want a very small trim less than one inch off the actual Length. The cut i wanted worked perfect for long hair. I also advised I want my shortest layer below my ears.Having all confidence in the hairdresser as she advised yes that?s fine and knowing she?s is the most senior director level hairdresser the cutting began. During the cutting I advised again pleaseKeep my length.I noticed a lot of hair and again asked if my length was there and my shortest layer to be below my ear as my natural hair is curly which will look too short if I wear it naturally and a short is not what I?m wanting. Again I was advised yes.Finally the cut finished and it was time to blow dry the hair, I had asked for the details of the rollers used so I can purchase to style my cut, however when I looked at the finish result I was too upset to even say anything. Other than making a nervous comment after seeing my top layer how ?I looked like a poodle? due to being very short.My hair length is just touching bra length, my shortest layer out the two top layers are above the middle of my ear. The cut was totally wrong what I did not want, I am left with two chunky blunt layer lengths which don?t blend into each other.My layers are too short ( reason I asked shortest to be below the ear) to tie back how I normally wear my hair as the layers fall out now which I?m having to tie in a high bun and pin in. My beautiful long waist length hair has been totally ruined by who I was told is a director level hairdresser.I?ve been too upset to rethink it through and every time I look in the mirror or have to do my hair I feel frustrated and stressed as to how at that level can they get it so wrong even after explaining several times what I want and what I did not want and showing realistic images with the same length as my hair before it was cut.I?m extremely unhappy I put my trust into your hairdresser even after requesting the most senior and being told yes you can.

As always, as soon as you step through the door your greeted by reception who are always so happy and welcoming! Mollie herself always makes me feel very comfortable and is so friendly! Mollie has been my stylist for years now and i wouldnt go anywhere else. She really takes the time to make sure my hair is just right. The salon is always so clean and on top of cleaning as they go along. I've left the salon loving my hair yet again!

I was unable to make my original appointment and Mollie kindly managed to fit me in the following week. I've had a lovely visit as always. All the staff at KH are really attentive.
