Never had such poor service in my life, I was waiting at the drive through bay for over 15min, said hello at the bay several times and was never once acknowledged, so just assumed the machine was out of order. As cars were queueing up behind us I thought to go to the window and place my order, to which a server saw us and close the window on us, without even speaking to us. When she eventually opened the window, we explained what happened, she promptly refused to serve us. Once again we explained what happened and she said we could only get served if we went through the drive through again as she was on a timer for customers who were behind us. We then saw a lady who appeared to be the duty manager which was very rude, and simply said she was not taking any orders or payments there and then and to turn around. Which at that point we got very frustrated and went around to only find another five cars to be served before us. We gave up. There was no apology for the wait or even for the inconvenience and no attempt to rectify the issue. I hope something is done about this because it doesn't look like customer service is the priority at KFC. Can't wait for Popeyes to open down the roadsoon cos I will never use this KFC again and I hope you lose all your business.

Super slow service, visibly filthy floor in the food prep area, just served by young staff that were clearly overworked and not able to cope.
Updated to 1 star, recent order we collected was missing 2 sides, they never anser the phone so you cant complain either!

Went through the drive thru this evening, lovely lady taking the order but unfortunately this is where our good experience ended. Didn't order too much but once home found half the food missing, we went back and told staff, received no apology and acting like they wasn't even interested, also placed an order we was asked to pick up for someone and wasn't surprised that half of that was missing too. 2 staff members hanging around a bin in the car park smoking and bins overflowing. Was very hot inside the restaurant when we went back to sort the missing food and pick up another order. I don't think we will be visiting again for our payday treat.

Food was okay, salad was a little old looking on rice box but everything else was yummy. The whole place stunk like urine and it was boiling hot in there. That much so we had to go eat in the car park in the car.
Parking: Small car park but always space.
Kid-friendliness: It's just your run of the mill KFC.
Wheelchair accessibility: No steps to entrance or toilets.

Absolutely stank of urine. It could be smelt as soon as you walked through the door.
A/C didn't appear to be working either as it was oppressively hot inside
