Just rocked up to buy a KFC wicked variety meal which is advertised on the KFC website for £15.99 collection only. Only to be told I have to order on the app(didnt take my phone with me) They refused to honour that price despite no mention in the website of app orders only. Pathetic customer service. Steer well clear.
