Customers can?t always be satisfied/mistakes can happen, but it?s how we deal with them we should be measured on. Nathan promptly investigated, made sure our satisfaction was priority, arranged a resolution within 24 hours. Friendly couriers out on the lorries as well. Thanks loads for your help. Having spent several thousand pounds with Jewsons over the last 18 months I have three times now been served by Nathan and the customer experience is very poor with staff not willing to helpYesterday I needed to match bricks that I?d purchased from this store only to be told to go to the Leamington branch(an hours drive away) and it wasn?t profitable to transfer stock between branches very poor service nowANT Maintenance
