There is a short guy with glasses and short black hairs serving me. I asked for a pair of shoes. I waited for 10 mins but I could not see him yet. So I walked around to look for him and saw him chatting with people at the entrance!! He saw me and realised he didn?t come back to me. So he finally got me the shoes with one shoe laced only!!! There is a minor dirt and I asked if he could rub it off. He said he would get me a new pair and of course he didn?t come back at all. I finally saw him in counter and he told me that is the last pair. I said okay and he just charge me a bag right away while I didn?t even need one. AMAZING customer service.

JD Sports Victoria Centre Nottingham.
Extremely poor customer service at the till.
I had a terrible experience at the JD Sports store in Victoria Centre, Nottingham. The girl at the checkout was very unpleasant and unprofessional. I had to wait far too long just to be served, even though there was no clear reason for the delay. When she finally did serve me, she was rude and dismissive. This is not the kind of service I expect from a well-known brand. Very disappointed and will think twice before shopping here again.

One of the worst JDs ive been to. Store was not busy yet staff have serious attitude problems. A friend was willing to buy 2 pairs of Nike Air Force @ £120 each yet was treated like a nobody. After waiting 15 mins I told him to go elsewhere with his £240. Won't go back again

Ordered shoes online but they arrived and it was two completely different colours. One shoe was ladies and one was junior, one white and black and one cream and black.
Asked to swap them and they bought out a display pair, wouldn?t of minded but one of them was completely stretched and worn out (didn?t match the other shoe as they?re suede) so I had to ask for ANOTHER pair, they only had a bigger size so I just said yes as I?d been in the shop for at least 40 minutes by this point as everyone?s so slow and uninterested in actually helping anyone or doing anything. The bigger size came out and they fit fine but there?s viable scuffs all over the front of one. Then got absolutely conned into buying the shoe cover protection bar thing to FIX my brand new shoes!?!? Why am I having to even fix them why are you selling wrecked shoes?? Anyways they said if I used the jd status app I?d get the money spent back as cash back so I yes yeh as I want my shoes not looking wrecked. However the girl working on the tills who clearly needs some training as she didn?t know how to process or do literally anything on the tills hasn?t done it properly so I haven?t even received the cash back?so I?ve paid for brand new shoes that aren?t even new and then had to pay to fix them too, actually crazy.
The mgr was great but the rest of the staff were a literal joke all clearly students that work there part time and don?t actually wanna be there. No customer service at all the girl was acting like I was massively inconveniencing her for not wanting wrecked shoes and for having to swap them etc rather than exchanging she was trying to get me to pay twice for the trainers until the mgr overheard her! Should have given me the shoe fixing bar for free given that you?re selling shoes that aren?t fresh brand new or discount the shoes as faulty. You couldn?t pay me to go back in there must have taken over an hour just tto swap some trainers while I?ve got my daughter in her pram kicking off because it just took so so long. Absolutely horrendous experience I left feeling so overwhelmed and stressed with shoes I?m not even happy with

Excellent customer service. The best I have come across in my whole shopping experience. Louis deserves a promotion. A gem of a person. Always willing to help. The only one in store who identifies people who need help. You don?t have to ask for it, he takes care of it

Just been to purchase a pair of football boots for my grandson @ Neitherfield , cannot complain about the service , a lovely young man (tall, dark,Tattoos) so good with my grandson , very friendly & approachable & a credit to the store . Give they young man a pay rise .

My whole experience in that store was a JOKE. Asked for a shoe and waited for 10 minutes. Then the guy brought the wrong shoe size. Asked for the correct one, waited another 10 minutes. The guy who helped me came and said he dropped my shoe at the counter and I can go and buy it. I was like okay, great. Went to the counter and was about to buy it. Last minute wanted to look at the size to check if it was correct. Guess what, IT WAS THE WRONG SIZE SHOE from 10 minutes ago. Asked the other staff for the right size and she brought it out in minutes. Will never step a foot in that store ever again.

Very bad experience and poor customer service. Been here 4x and bought shoes every time despite of racist staff. Seems like they don't want to assist if I'm Asian or something. Especially this staff named naia/Naya... Not honest and seems not happy to assist. They still have 3 stocks and she's pushing me to take the pair that is displayed. And told me no more stocks. I asked another staff and gave me a new stock... I just hate this kind of people not good for business. I will never come back here again

When I usually go in JD Sports the staff are not helpful or attentive, they act like you have asked them to climb a mountain when asking for shoe sizes. A couple of weeks ago I took my son birthday shopping and asked for sizes of some trainers for him and myself and was told ?all the sizes are out? by an unbothered young lady. Yesterday, Adam helped me purchase 2 pairs of trainers ( one pair was the one from 2 weeks ago) after trying on numerous pairs. He was very helpful and a refreshing change to receive good customer service. Thank you Adam! You restored my faith in JD!

Horrible shopping experience there is about 15 of the staff ony one or two behind tills rest of them is just not doing anything messing around joking when there is massive que waiting to be served absolutely shocking waited 20 minutes to be served.

Helpful staff eventually once staff were challenged and manager asked for so i could get access to the changing room to let my son try on clothes. Unlike the other one who fill there's full of stock so you can't try to use it.
