I was looking for pair of trainers, I have feet size 12, and it is always a problem to find shoes.
But in this JD store the staff was super helpful
they immediately offered to help me find the right pair and size. for me they checked all the pairs that I was interested in, (and it was about 25 pairs of trainers!)
two assistants helped me at the same time, it was very nice and professional of them.
I picked the perfect pair.
and at the checkout another staff member helped me get an application for accumulating cashback for my purchase.
I highly recommend this store! Special thanks to the guys who work there and helped me so much: Zaiga, Taylor and Pauline. They are the best!

Jd was one of my favourite shop most of time I do shopping from there.
On 7th of jan I bought more than £ 100.
There was 2 pares of shoes which I bought for my daughters but they didn?t like it and I been in store not only returned. I was swapping it. Unfortunately I left bill for shoes and the girl call someone to check on system she said it will take 5minutes.
I was there 30 minutes still they couldn?t get it.
I did not mind if they said we can?t do it at beginning but after 30 minutes. showed my bank app which I paid it. they have date time and price stilllll They made excuses it. It mines they don?t want help people.
The girl was polite no doubt but system was shit.

Not a lover of the JD Sports chain to be honest but the staff are always courteous and helpful. Just feel that their stock can be a bit overpriced

Unprofessional staff. Unorganised. Not helpful. And we were overcharged.
Seems like they?d never worked in retail before. Maybe more training needed for staff?

Nice shop with good promotions. Staff attentive and ready to help. In particular Grazia and Belinda who speak fluent Italian (they were born in Italy) and helped us a lot.

I bought sports clothes from him. The prices are expensive, but the quality is excellent, and the offers are few. I noticed that there are offers, but their duration is short, so the offer ends and it is the same product, not of good quality. It has all sizes. I hope there are more offers

I would give 5 stars but they gave my click and collect order to someone else. Waited half an hour in store for them to find the same pair of shoes but they managed to find one and sort it out, the manager (i think he was a manager) gave me a discount for the trouble so fair play to them for sorting it out ?

First visit here at this branch not to impressed no staff atmosphere had look round walked out different from other branches
