I had a 90 minute full body massage including a scalp massage and facial. It was absolute bliss. Hannah was lovely, she listened to my needs and left me feeling so relaxed and with so much more movement than when I arrived. I would highly recommend the salon based on the lovely people and the environment. And most certainly recommend a massage. I can't wait to go back.Thank you ??

Had my hair cut and bleached by Maiya, who was very professional. I have quite a challenging hair style (black hair with a stark bleach blonde streak) and had quite a few issues in the past with other hairdressers not being able to achieve this and has come out patchy etc.Maiya did an amazing job and the bleached streak came out the best it's ever looked. I wouldn't go to any other Hair dresser now. Highly recommend!

Been to have my hair cut at Jack and buckley today very clean modern salon altho it was my first time here I had my hair cut by the lovely Karen been having my hair cut by her for nearly 14 years I will not go to anyone else the first time we met I was very nervous because of a traumatic salon experience the salon she used to work at was very busy she had her hands full but never the less she stayed calm and professional made me feel relaxed and listened to exactly what I wanted and iv never looked back since this woman to me is a miracle worker iv been to her with all the front of my hair gone I thought i was going to have it cut really short but she worked her magic and made it all blend in and managed to keep most of the length no matter what the problem as been she always done her best and I always feel better after a visit and my hair always looks amazing when she retires which I hope not for a very long time as she's still young I'm going bold ?

Unfortunately I did not get a full head of colour, as the chemical dye only took to the top of my head. Which obviously did not look good. The salon refused to rectify the problem as it would cost them more. They put a second chemical dye, to the natural colour of my hair. I thought they should have redeemed my voucher to what it stated as that is what I paid for. They also took strands of my hair to see what the issue was. Claire said she will let me know on the day I went. Monday 4th. Still not heard anything. The service received was not what i went for. As an experienced salon they should have rectified the problem. They did not. I would not recommend this salon.

Lovely experience at Jack?s and Buckley, staff were so friendly, as soon as I walked in I was asked if I wanted a drink. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole appointment. Sophie was amazing, I had balayage done for the first time and still a couple of days later can?t believe how beautiful it is. Would absolutely recommend her to anyone thinking of having it done!

Had a cut and finish with Maiya. Service was brilliant from start to finish, also included hints and tips of how to keep my hair looking styled and how to promote hair regrowth ! Would definitely recommend to a friend and still return to Nottingham just to come for my hair cut !
