Never again. Took our car for it's MOT, failed, they over quoted us on repairs so we went elsewhere. When we returned for our free retest (which the repair garage informed us off, not In N Out) they failed us on more stuff that hadn't even come up as advisories. They should have checked the car before failing us again. They also damaged our windscreen, which we now have to replace. Absolute cowboys.

Just had my MOT done, I had a code from RAC to get it for free, and when you get it free you expect a lower service or a reason to charge you else where! Well not here. My car actually failed its MOT on a bulb which they changed for free and passed my car. Great service, friendly staff, would definitely recommend.

Spent £50 and got a video told me my car was in a very bad condition and nothing can do about it. Solved the problem elsewhere. Avoid!

Jamie and the team at IN n OUT are the some of the best I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Took my car in for its MOT which it failed, no problem, was informed of what needed to be done in order to get it passed, rebooked test free of charge with the repairs and passed just as informed. Fantastic service all round, won't go anywhere else when it comes to getting my car sorted. Thanks a lot

In'n'out Nottingham were easy to book, and super nice. My car didn't make it through its MOT unfortunately but they were so helpful in a tricky situation. Definitely recommend
