Excellent company to work for, I'm working for Inner city care for a month now every single day I love it, staff inside of the office are incredible, found Manager seems firm but fair and always made time to ask how I was getting on. I've been through some nightmare care companies, but this definitely isn't one of them, even had a regular set rota. They have best Manager, good company to work for I would highly recommend them.

Recently the care for my dad has been so good thanks to the new manager Sadaf. I am always informed of all decisions for my dad and i wouldnt go anywhere else. The new carer for my dad is so good i really appreciate being so far that my dad is well looked after by them.

I am very happy to be part of this company we have a good relationship with all staff members and with the clients. I would definitely recommend this company to others we are like a family. We get paid for training. We all work together as a team . We all have experience, we are reliable, always on time and are prepared to extend our visit to ensure all necessary care has been completed. We go "that extra mile" to ensure our client is happy and safe and comfortable.

I have been meaning to write this review for a very long time I would just like to say Thank you to the whole team at Inner City Care especially Robina. They have been truly amazing throughout the pandemic, providing wonderful care. I am deeply grateful to all the staff, who have been brilliant. It?s so comforting and reassuring to know that my grandmother who has sadly left this world was in safe hands and I thank them every day for all the fantastic care and support they gave her. We faced so many difficult challenges over the few years the main one being covid but, whatever the challenges, the staff dealt with each challenge with care, compassion and careful consideration. Over the years they brought light back into our gran?s eyes. She blossomed under their care and that can never be thanked enough. You were the light in a dark tunnel and for that we are truly thankful that gran received such loving, compassionate care from all at Inner city care, right until the end.

Robina who is the ceo off this company, gave me the job, which I had no experience.I got no training, I was sent to Clients house where I didn?t no how to use a hoist. Then got in trouble by the manager named Sadaf for this?The only training I got was online. When the decided to train, it was unpaid and in our own time, when question to ceo. I was told I would get the sack for not doing the training unpaid in my own time. The ceo robina, would play mind games with you, against your colleagues and cares, so be aware!! Please if you don?t want to suffer anxiety then stay away from this company? innercity care Nottingham. They don?t pay you mileage, ad they lie so much!!!
