I came here on a recommendation from my hotel and it was lovely! Exactly what I needed for my lunch ? I had a smoke salmon and cream cheese sandwich and added avocado, honestly lovely and the coffee was amazing!

Very nice indeed, we had a lovely breakfast, poached raggedy on chunky toast I got a side of bacon. Friendly service as well definitely be back.

This is a great place to enjoy breakfast outside as you view a beautiful church and busy street few blocks down. The scene is very chill and nice small town feel with all the old buildings. The food was plated very well and tasted wonderful. Would high recommend to stop by and have some breakfast.

I called in for breakfast after an overnight stay in Nottingham from my home in Sheffield.
The greeting I received when entering the cafe was very friendly and my order was taken in no time at all.
My breakfast items of porridge, scrambled eggs and smoked salmon plus a very nice cappuccino coffee were excellent.
Based on my recent dining experience, I would highly recommend this eating place, close to the centre of Nottingham.

This morning I had breakfast at The Hungry Pumpkin, a lovely little spot in the heart of Nottingham. I went for the classic Full English Breakfast, and it was spot on: crispy bacon, tasty sausages, baked beans, perfectly golden hash browns, a fried egg with a runny yolk, buttered toast, and sautéed mushrooms that were cooked just right ? flavorful and seasoned to perfection. Everything was served hot and freshly made.
My companion had a lighter, modern option: avocado toast with grilled halloumi and mushrooms, served on rustic bread. Fresh, well-balanced and beautifully presented.
We sat outside in a calm and relaxed atmosphere. The service was quick and friendly. A great way to start the day.? Special thanks to Jamie for the excellent service and professionalism!

A little gem of a place! I had really, really good club sandwich and a good selection of Italian biscuits (perfect for someone who misses Italian supermarkets!). If I was local, I?d be coming a lot!

Me and my partner went to the hungry pumpkin this morning for some breakfast and it was amazing!! We arrived, ordered straight away and in less than 15 minutes we had our food and our drinks! The food was amazing and really well priced and the server was lovely which made everything better!
Such an amazing little cafe would definitely recommend :)
