I do not recommend shopping at FRASERS. Terrible customer service, scamming their customers. I bought a coat for my daughter online. The coat has a manufacturing defect, the sleeve stitching is wonky inside and it is practically impossible to put hand inside. I sent the coat back and received a reply via email that the jacket does not have any manufacturing defect and I am not entitled to a reconsideration of the case. I wrote many emails and waited a very long time for a reply. In each email I was dismissed and the answer was the same - the jacket was checked and there is no manufacturing defect. I sent photos and explained that the jacket had not been checked properly because it is on inside and you cannot put your hand through . I was informed that my case had been closed. I feel cheated. The jacket is not suitable for wearing. I spent £145. How can you sell goods with manufacturing defects. How can you not check the returned goods thoroughly. This is pathetic.
I have emails that were sent to me by incompetent customer service. I am ready to publish them.

Lovely clothes, just think it's a tad expensive compared to the same clothes and quality you can get online, only a tiny bit cheaper.

Completely changed and ruined Game store, and the points system has changed, I am disappointed with them. No more pre owned games, no more pre orders. It?s ridiculous

Where are the ground floor staff? Every time I go in the place is dead and lifeless. The beauty counters are unattended and it?s difficult to find what you?re looking for as no customer service!

Treat disgracefully & get hold o anyone in-store or online. Bought items last sat. Their system crashed . Manager Siobhan Chilton told me I could leave store with them even thought my payment app and bank account showed id paid in full. I told her I wasn't local so she gave me a scrap of paper she didn't sign. Has no transaction number. Item bill or anything to prove what id even bought and said I'd have to chase as refund of £51.96 . Easier said than done. NO ANSWERS the phone line, chat bot is TOO BUSY and you can't call the store directly. Seriously is this progress in customer service. I am now trying in vein to get hold of Mr Epstein the MD. Anyone got his mobile number . What an absolute shambles. No wonder they are closing. Could t run a bath and I am still £51.96 out of pocket. Sure BBQ Watchdog will love this..
