I bought something on 24 of June, one of the staff she did not pay any attention to me, it was like she was working as a punishment, if you are tired, get some rest , if you don't like your job, change, it is
simple.
When I bought the item I said to her bye and thanks, she stared at me and said nothing, she was bored in away she works 10 hours per day and get paid nothing.

Thursday 20th Feb we ran here from across town and got to the store at 6:26pm.
The shutter was already down the and lady refused to let us in even though I pointed out it wasn?t quite 6:30pm as stated on the sign on the door.
Not fantastic they lost a sale today.

I haven?t been to this particular store in a while but came in to buy a couple of things while in the city centre. At the till, I was served by Gabby who was extremely rude, disinterested in everything, whatever she said was said in such a sad way as if she was working as a punishment. Also, I said I deleted my h&b app some time ago as I don?t shop here that often, she still forced me to put in my email to try and find my account even though I said I?m not bothered. I said I don?t want to so just leave me be? Just a miserable experience altogether thanks to Gabby

Love going into this shop. The assistants are so worthy of a mention.... they're so polite and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and very friendly. Knowledgeable too. I never recommend but always worth calling in. They're always willing to check other locations for you if not holding stock themselves. Really good.???
